Ohio is feeling the pressure to look at a transgender bathroom bill. One of the men involved, Rep. John Becker, is assuring some saying it won’t be like what’s going on in North Carolina.
Becker is actually doing something cool, and asking transgender Ohioans to participate in feedback on how such a bill could work by contacting his office at rep65@ohiohouse.gov or 614-466-8134.
“The entire objective of the bill is public safety,” Becker said. “The idea is to prevent sexual predators from posing as transgender. I want the community to help me solve that problem.”
