So some guy, I’m assuming a senator is trying to get a bill passed that would make driving in the left hand lane of a highway with 4 or more lanes illegal. If caught driving (and not passing) in the left hand lane you would be hit with a fine of $150. I don’t like this. Lanes are there to drive on. But, I’m not a law maker.
